This non-peated whiskey has been produced by 10th Street Distillery and privately bottled for the Craft Whisky Club. Matured in casks that have been shaved, toasted, and re-charred (STR), 10th Street strike a balance between the oakiness of American whiskies and traditional Scotch techniques.
